The Boyle at 54th project was acquired by Boyle at 54th, LLC in June of 2015 as an opportunistic investment. Xebec Building Company was hired to develop the approximately 12.69 acres of land into a +/-203,300 SF Class A state-of-the-art speculative industrial warehouse. The project is expected to complete entitlements in September of 2015 and construction of the warehouse building is projected to being in October of 2015. The project will help address the demand for Class A industrial product for users looking to move into the tight Central industrial submarket of Los Angeles, one of the most desirable industrial regions in the country. With convenient access to the LA/LB Port Complexes, Downtown Los Angeles, and to the I-5, I-110, I-710, and I-105 freeways, the site is ideally located for efficient logistics and distribution.
