The property is located in Commerce, CA in the heart of the Central submarket of Los Angeles. Central LA is one of the tightest LA infill submarkets due in part to its direct access to the Ports of LA/LB and to Downtown Los Angeles. Xebec Building Company was hired as the genral contractor for the project, which involved the development of a 91,010 SF Class A state-of-the-art industrial building on 3.05 acres of land. The site was acquired in September 2013 and the construction of the project was completed on time in April 2015. The sale/lease of the project is projected to be completed by September 2015.
Waylee International hired Xebec Building Company (XBC) to concept, design, and construct this project located at 5401 E. Slauson Avenue in the City of Commerce, CA. The state-of-the-art Class-A industrial concrete tilt-up building was 75,500 SF total, with 8,000 SF total office, on ±3.04 acres of land. The site, located in the Central submarket of Los Angeles, has easy access to the LA/LB Ports as well as Downtown Los Angeles via the I-5 and I-710 freeways. XBC was able to fully entitle the site successfully and delivered the product to the owner.
