GRETCHEN KENDRICK
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Gretchen Kendrick serves as the Chief Operating Officer at XBC. In this role, she is responsible for execution of asset strategies. This includes asset management, property management, leasing, and portfolio management. She also works on a broad range of initiatives across the XBC organization, including issues pertaining to corporate and portfolio strategy, product development, and systems.
Prior to her involvement with XBC, she was a Senior Vice President with IDS Real Estate Group. While at IDS, Mrs. Kendrick handled all aspects of real estate from securing project entitlements, development, leasing, property management and construction management for a portfolio of office, industrial and residential. During her career at IDS, Mrs. Kendrick worked predominantly with institutional capital from pension funds to REITS. While at IDS she also received her CPM (Certified Property Manager) accreditation from IREM.
Mrs. Kendrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
